  • How do I renew my subscription?

Class subscriptions are on auto renewal for a class semester until the semester ends or you put in for your 30-Day Cancellation request.

    Drop Procedure Policy

To withdraw from any class or program, a 30-day notice is required. This notice can be submitted either in in the app under class, in writing via email or in person at the front desk—both methods are acceptable. Verbal notices, phone calls, or text messages will not be accepted.

Please note: Tuition will continue to be charged until the 30-day written notice is received or an in-person drop request has taken place. Families are responsible for payment regardless of attendance.

Do not rely on your athlete to verbally communicate their withdrawal—only written or in-person notification is valid.

If an athlete stops attending without proper notice, the account will be charged for an additional 30 days to hold their spot in class, as that space could have been offered to someone on our waiting list.

  • Do you offer make-up classes?

Makeup classes are only offered if BlackWatch cancels a class. If a class is canceled by the facility for any reason, a makeup token will be issued to each athlete enrolled in that class.

Makeup tokens must be used within 30 days of the canceled class.

Tokens can be used for tumbling classes only at or below the athlete’s current skill level.

Tokens cannot be used for specialty classes such as stunt, flex, privates, or similar offerings.

Missed classes due to personal reasons (illness, travel, schedule conflicts, etc.) are not eligible for makeup tokens.

  • Do you charge a annual membership?

An annual membership fee of $40 will be charged on each athlete’s anniversary date (the date they first enrolled in a class). This fee will only be charged if the athlete is actively using services at the time of renewal.

  • What do we need to know before we come to our first class?

To ensure a safe, distraction-free training environment for all athletes, please follow the guidelines below:

Dress Code: Athletes should wear athletic clothes such as shorts, spandex, a T-shirt, tank top, or sports bra. Clothing should allow for full range of motion without becoming a distraction or interference. Tighter clothing is preferred.

Footwear: Cheer shoes or other activity-appropriate footwear are required during all classes. ($10 grip socks are available upon request)

Hair: Hair must be pulled back neatly and securely to stay out of the face during class. (complimentary hair ties are at the front desk)

Jewelry & Gum: No chewing gum or jewelry (including earrings, bracelets, necklaces, etc.) is allowed during class. For safety reasons, please leave all jewelry at home.

Personal Items: All belongings should be placed in cubby holes and clearly labeled with the athlete’s name. BlackWatch is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

    Arrival & Pickup Policy

Be sure your athlete arrives 10 minutes before their scheduled class time. Please pick up your athlete on time at the end of class. If you know you'll be late for pickup, notify the front desk as soon as possible.

Athletes should wait inside the building until a parent or guardian escorts them to the car. During peak hours, the parking lot can be crowded—please drive slowly and carefully. Many of our athletes are young, so do not allow your child to run to or from the car.

  • What are the policies if you need to cancel a private lesson appointment?

APPOINTMENTS (Private Lessons): Refunds are allowed only 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment; however, you will be charged a cancelation fee of 15% of the appointment value to cancel regardless of the reason. You will need to reschedule for a missed private appointment; no transfers.

    APPOINTMENT LATENESS POLICY (Private Lessons)

Private lessons are scheduled appointments and must be respected as such. Please review the following policy regarding late arrivals:

If an athlete arrives more than 15 minutes late, the instructor has the right to leave the facility, and the lesson may be considered canceled with no refund or makeup offered.

If you are running late to a Monday–Thursday private and notify the facility before or at the start time, the instructor will make every effort to continue the session.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to a Friday–Sunday private lesson, please note the instructor may have left the facility and will not return, even if notice is given.

Our front desk hours are Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–6:30 PM. Outside of these hours, communication with instructors is not permitted unless they have personally provided their contact information.
